You have two options:

1 . In your "Customer Area": mycustomerarea.com

Use your e-mail as username and password to login your private customer area.
In top menu, you must select "My Products and Services".
Then, you must select your service (Hosting Package) and go to "View Details".
In the next screen we can see in "Login Details" the hosting details -user and password-, and a link to access to your cPanel hosting control panel.


2. cPanel direct access:

With our username and password (the same mentioned in the top of this document) we can access directly to cPanel:

http://www.domain.com/cpanel // Where "domain.com" is the customer´s domain.
