You must login into your hosting control panel cPanel, if you doubt about how to do, please check the reference "How can I access to my hosting control panel cPanel" on this Documentation.
Once you have login into cPanel, find the "Mail" section and click on "Email accounts".
In the next screen, we will write a username e-mail with password we choose and the space assigned to the e-mail account (or unlimited). Easy. Your new e-mail account has been created!
And remember, you can configure your e-mail client and check your mail worldwide via webmail in: webmailenlinea.com
