By default, the access to your ftp server is like: ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com where "yourdomain.com" is your domain domain.
FTP user: by default, is the same as for access to cPanel. In the welcome e-mail we provided these data, or if you lost it, you can check it in your Customer Area at mycustomerarea.com
Remember, you can create as many ftp accounts you need.
